Lazy Manifesto
1. My attention is limited, so I choose carefully where it goes.
2. Doing nothing is how I refuse demands that don’t belong to me.
3. I am not a machine; I don’t have to move at machine speed.
4. My worth is not measured by output or urgency.
5. Doing less doesn’t mean caring less, it means caring about the right things.
6. Rest is not the opposite of work — it is what protects my ability to live.
7. Slowing down helps me see what I usually overlook.
8. A quiet mind is more valuable than a busy schedule.
9. I do not have to earn rest, rest is already mine.
10. I am allowed to pause without offering an explanation.
11. Doing nothing gives my mind the space to wander, and wandering is where ideas grow.
12. My time is not a resource for others to manage.
13. I refuse the idea that every moment must be useful.
14. When I lie down, I reclaim my body from demands that are not mine.
15. I am allowed to stop.If being still is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
16. Idleness is not avoidance, it is choosing where my energy goes.
